Suffering Back Pain

Post a new topicby undefinesick on Wed Oct 07, 2009 5:22 am

Hi guys, I’m glad that I’m a member of this forum. I want to share my problem hope anyone can advice me and it’s a pleasure to take your advices. Due of sitting for 10 hrs everyday because of my work, I am suffering now back pain. It is so uneasy to suffer such pain because I cannot concentrate with my works. I’m taking meds but there’s no progress at all, until PhoneConsultation.com came across, as I was surfing the net looking for a pain meds. I learned that this is a face to face doctor visit and they will give you script together with 2 refills when you have consultation to them. I found out that this is okay but I want to know also if anyone knows about it. Of course, maybe there is a bad side about this site. Any information about this will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

I have back pain, too. The cause isn't the same (work related to bending and lifting three years). I had to leave this job and I was #1 as a scanning person. Now, I'm looking for work where I'm sitting for most of the time and sometimes no more than 15 minutes tops per work day.

I think I understand why you'd get back problems sitting down all day. It's posture. Maybe you're learning forward too long every day. I've heard that people should change sit/stand/walking, etc. every two hours. This is impossible to do for most jobs.

Maybe there are people out there who can sit all day and for years like that and they don't get back pain. So, it's all about being predisposed to back pain (and other health conditions).

hi,

i understand your problem. i have already faced this pain. you should use tramadol pain reliever. it is wonderful medicine for back pain. Tramadol is a synthetic pain reliever. Tramadol belongs to the class of drugs called centrally acting opioid analgesics. Tramadol binds to certain opioid receptors. Buy tramadol to treat different types of pain from tramadolshop.com. If you have severe chronic pain, you can buy tramadol. For tramadol no prior prescription is required. Tramadol affects the nerve endings in human brain and spinal cord relieving pain similarly to morphine.

Best to take it easy for a while, get a massage, or visit a chiropractor. If the Chiropractor cannot help you he/she may recommend a medical doctor, an MRI will tell the story as to what is wrong.
