i am not sure if i am in the right forum...

but i am having my bladder and pelvic area xrayed. i know i am taking some kind of dye. what can i expect? is it IV or what?

I'm not sure either. Having your bladder and pelvic area x-rayed means to me that your are going to have either a CT scan of your lower abdomen and pelvis or a cystogram where the dye is injected directly into the bladder through a catheter. Assuming that it is a CT scan, you will most likely need intravenous contrast material.
Other ways of looking at the structures in the pelvis include ultrasound and MRI.
