Intravenous Pyelogram (IVP)

I am suppose to have a IVP and I want to know it's reliablity in diagnosing Bladder tumors?

The IVP is pretty good, but not perfect. Adding ultrasound or CT helps. MRI is terrific, but expensive and inaccessible in some places. The best way is by cystoscopy. What tests or combinations of tests depend on a lot of factors like, index of suspicion, age of patient, etc.
