Undiagnosed Conditions

i am 30 and as far back as i can remember i have had sleeping issues.. now they have progressively gotten worse.. i have a hard time sleeping to begin with which that i have just come to accept.. my issue is i act out my dreams.. i know that i am sleeping and whatever i am seeing in my head is not real but i have to continue acting it out.. i have jumped out windows luckily i live in a one story house.. ran outside to my driveway.. moved endless amounts of furniture, t.v.s.. i am constantly hurting myself not seriously though.. i have burnt things now i do keep the lighters in my car so that wont happen again.. i thought i had figured out a way to talk myself out of it but i am wrong because it has happened the past 3 nights.. i am always tired because when i am not acting like a maniac running through my house i can't fall asleep completely.. after every episode i feel like my heart is going to fly out of my chest and i am an emotional mess.. the "dreams" always have to do with my family.. somehow they got sucked into the wall or under the furniture and i have to save them.. or i am trapped and can't get out.. its weird i know it isn't real i can see the window i jump out of but my brain is trying to show me something else.. thankfully i haven't hurt anyone just scared and annoyed them.. i can't afford to go to a doctor right now and i am just sick of dealing with this.. i don't do drugs or drink a lot.. i just would like a way to make it better..

If you happen to live nearby a university medical school you might be able to get their psyche or psychology depts to evaluate/treat you for free. IMHO, you sound like an interesting case.
