Hi i'am 35 years old and had blood test done recently that indicate bacteria for an ulcer. Scheduled for a UGI on Wednesday what does this indicate and what should I be looking for. Outcome will most likely be WHAT?

I'm not sure what blood test you had. An upper GI is not an unpleasant experience. The worst part is drinking the barium which is really not too bad. The rest is easy.
The outcome is likely to be normal or maybe slight inflammation here or there. An ulcer is somewhat more advanced inflammation, but with the newer medications that are available these days, we haven't seen nearly as many as we used to.

The blood test was ran to see if there was bacteria which was to indicate an ulcer the test came back positive. Please explain what the bacteria may mean. Thank You
