Upper GI

I'm a 17 year old female, been misdiagnosed 3 times, once wih appendicitus and twice with acid reflux. My symptoms include sharp pain in my upper abdomin and tightness. Also I've been quite nautious. I've had an ultrasound and an upper gi series (x-rays of my stomach using barium). What would be the next step of testing you would recommend? I've had this for almost 2 months and nothing has been found.

Sometimes you need to step back from imaging tests and put the burden of diagnosis in the hands of a good internist.
