Couple of days ago I started to gage and I started to vomit blood. I have not been feeling that good. Does this mean I have an Ulcer or something else. I really don't know what it is. This is not the first time it happens but it's the first time that I probably can fill a sandwich bag of blood. On the other occasion is was not that much blood. I was also sweating and didn't feel good. I feel ok but I feel that something is wrong. Like there is air right below my ribs.

Can you please guide me on what you think this is. I don't have insurance so that makes it even harder for me.

Ulcer sounds like a good bet to me. Go to an ER and have it checked out.
